Dessert Cups

Strawberry shortcake: three layers of strawberry pastry filling, vanilla sponge and custard covered with strawberry emulsion and decorated with whipped strawberry icing.

Chocolate Fudge: three layers of chocolate filling, chocolate sponge topped with non-dairy chocolate whipped topping. Sprinkled with chocolate cookie crunch.

Carrot: three layers of cream cheese filling, carrot sponge and topped with cream cheese icing, decorated with a carrot made from icing.
